My 5 Dailys To Success

Below is a list of 5 things I do daily that have helped give me success!

1. Eat Real healthy food

It’s important to make sure that you eat real food. The concept of calories in calories out is out the window and it’s time we realize what we eat is much more than calories. Food isn’t just calories it’s information that changes our metabolism and genes with every single bite. In my new ebook ‘The Power of Food: Body, Mind, and Spirit’ I highlight how to eat healthy and why it’s so important. I believe the food we eat is the single most imporant thing we can do for our health.

2. Visualize/meditate

If you want to find a common trait among successful people I bet you will find that they begin their day with a form of meditation that allows them to get in a good state to attack their day. I love to close my eyes and listen to the sound of rain or the ocean and picture everything perfect. I call this going to my happy place. This allows me to get into a real good state. I love to picture things I want as if I have them. There are many forms of meditation, but the key is to find a way you like and to do it daily.

3. Pray and read something Uplifting/Spiritual

I pray for guidance and to give thanks and it’s something I love to do. I will read something uplifting or spiritual everyday to get me in a good state to achieve my daily goals. With all these things I think the key is to get yourself in a good state because your action level depends on the state you are in.

4. Gratitude Journey

Each day is filled with many blessings and I love to highlight a few of my daily blessings in my gratitude journal. It’s amazing how gratitude can change everything. A grateful person is a happy person. Take time each day to write a few things you are grateful for each day. Get creative each day and try and create new ones daily.

5. Stretch & Move

Obviously being a professional athlete I do both these things a lot. I think it’s really important that each day you find time to move and stretch. With people working 9 to 5 and sitting in a desk the majority of the day it’s important to find time to move and stretch to loosen up your body. In my Ebook, ‘Born To Be Strong‘ I give people a way to move and exercise at points that are catered to them. I call these points, progressional starting points. The key is to start where you are at and progress from there. No matter your health or fitness level this Ebook can help you get up and move!

Doing these 5 dailys consistently will put you in a great state to increase your action levels and beliefs! Let me know what you guys think!
