Adult Leadership Retreat

Maximize Life Through Health
Body, Mind, Spirit & The Mountain

What if, in a short matter of time, you learned to push your body, mind, and spirit further than ever before?  Life can be cluttered, busy, and distracting, to the point where we forget our capacity for greatness. This experience will not provide anything easily, but if you are willing to put forth, effort, thought, and self-reflection; this experience can serve as a reference in the future to help fuel your plans, goals, and righteous desires by taking you to a state never before achieved. One that will form and instill great habits.

We will summit the face of our mountain without a trail, meditate, set goals, visualize, and push our bodies to the limit.  We will also learn how to fuel and take care of bodies to help us maximize our entire self. This will all be done while sustaining a high level of focus and self-reflection, away from distractions through mental training.  This will be a unique experience you do not want to miss.
