“Implementing crucial, easy-to-start habits and changes from Kyle’s book collection has helped me get in even better shape than I was in high school.”
“I had always wanted to be muscular and lean but always seemed to get the opposite results no matter how hard I trained in the weight room. With Kyle’s program I no longer had cravings for bad food but was craving healthy food. My energy levels were constant the entire day, regardless of when I ate. If you want to be healthier and feel better, these ebooks are absolute game changers!”
“If you are interested in losing weight and keeping it off, this ebook is the only tool you need! I have lost 15 pounds and haven’t had any problem keeping it off. It is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change!”
“I had the privilege of getting early access to these ebooks in order to prove that Kyle is not just some genetically gifted fat burning machine. By looking at my before pictures you will see why I was a good candidate. I had always wanted to be muscular and lean but always seemed to get the opposite results no matter how hard I trained in the weight room.
Also I was constantly getting sick. Maybe every other month I was the victim of a cold or in the winter time the flu. I was tired of no results and regardless of how hard it was to understand that eating a lot of fat was going to get me lean I decided to give it a shot.
The first week was tough because I had so many cravings for sugary and refined carbohydrate rich food! I stuck with it and after that first week something magic happened. I no longer had cravings for bad food but was craving healthy food.
I could eat as much as I wanted so I finally felt full and instead of my fear of missing out on all the foods I used to eat being an issue I realized I had been missing out my whole life on these healthy and satiating foods! My energy levels were constant the entire day, regardless of when I ate. The training was tough but easy on my joints and much more enjoyable than just the mundane repetitive weight room sessions.
Fast forward just 1 month and I couldn’t believe the results. I felt so good and about 4 months in I realized I hadn’t been sick since I started. The pictures are just under 6 months apart. If you want to look better and feel more confident then these are for you. If you want to be healthier and feel better these are for you.
These ebooks are absolute game changers!”
“Keto is the craze right now. Everything is about a “keto diet.” What a keto diet does, is force the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates. If you are eating the proper fats, your body will start doing this on its own. Buy Kyle’s ebook and learn all about this. You don’t need expensive keto supplements, you need to know what fats and oils are good for your body.
If you are interested in losing weight and keeping it off, this will be the only tool you need!! I started this in May and have lost 15 pounds. I haven’t had any problem keeping it off. It is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change!!”
“I stopped playing basketball competitively after high school almost a decade ago, and that coincided with me paying less attention my health. Over the years, not paying attention to what I was eating and only sporadically exercising, I started to notice that I was nowhere near where I wanted to be in terms of my health.
Implementing crucial, easy-to-start habits and changes from Kyle’s book collection has helped me get in even better shape than I was in high school. Nutrition has been a huge part of that, with the realization that what I eat affects my body, mind, and spirit. I’m stoked with where I’m at and can’t wait to continue using these books to move onward and up!”
“I have always thought that I generally eat pretty healthy. That all changed when Kyle Collinsworth introduced to me some new ideas and concepts in regard to eating healthy. I think the initial “attention-getter” for me in regard to this was when I asked Kyle how much he worked out as a professional athlete. His answer shocked me! He told me that he worked out maybe 3, sometimes 4 days a week doing things he liked, like paddle boarding, hiking, walking, swimming, and other outdoor exercises. I guess I was shocked because I assumed someone as fit and strong as Kyle was and is, would have worked out 3-4 hours a day lifting weights and doing cardio, etc. I assumed that he was in great shape because he worked out 3-4 hours a day. However, the reality was that he is in such great shape because of what and how he eats, not because he works out! Yes, his exercise is a factor in his overall health, but a smaller factor than what most would think. See, I have lived my life exercising so I could eat what I want and then all the while I would be surprised and discouraged when I would exercise 2 hours a day and not lose any weight!
I think most of us exercise a lot so we can feel better about, and eat, what we want. Kyle taught me to look at my health and eating in a different light. He taught me that it is much more about what we eat than how much we exercise. Kyle put me in touch with some books and information that helped me think differently about eating. When Kyle told me that he eats as much as he wants I was very interested in what he was teaching me. I mean we all like to feel full and eat right! Usually when we talk about dieting we get so anxious and upset because we feel like we are missing out by not ever feeling full and eating certain things we may like.
What Kyle taught me about food and eating is not about counting calories but about eating as much as you want or till you are full but just eating the right foods. This approach made me feel like what Kyle was teaching me was not a diet, but rather just a change in what I was currently eating. It was not a diet but a change in behavior. I went from eating the basic “American-Diet” of processed or packaged foods, breads, dairy, rice, noodles, cereals, fast foods, and sugars, etc. What most people eat I know eat like. I didn’t feel like what I was eating was the reason I wasn’t losing weight. I thought that I just needed to work out more. Well, after reading and taking Kyle’s information, teaching and advice to heart, I thought I would give it a try as I was definitely in a position to lose a few pounds. I got rid of all processed foods, packaged foods, sugars (treats, ice cream, candy, etc), dairy (milk), breads, rice, noodles, cereals, fast foods, etc. and replaced that with eggs, meats, vegetables, nuts, fruits (mainly berries), salads, milk kefir, and other items of fresh food. For example, instead of eating noodles I would make noodles out of squash or sweet potatoes and use those. I drank a lot of water as well. I also stopped eating if I wasn’t hungry. In other words, we are so programmed to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner regardless of if we are actually hungry. If I was hungry at breakfast, I would eat some eggs and organic meet with some berries. If I wasn’t hungry at lunch I wouldn’t eat at lunch. I also wouldn’t eat past 7 pm in the evening. During this time, I was never hungry or felt like I was missing out. Generally I just changed what I ate to fresh foods instead of processed foods.
As a result of doing what Kyle taught me, I lost about 45 pounds in about 2 months! And here is the kicker, I was only exercising about 2-3 days a week for maybe 30 minutes a day at the most. Because I was eating healthy, I wasn’t stressed about not exercising if I didn’t have time on a busy day. Kyle changed my life by what he taught me. Not only am I in the best shape of my entire life, but my mind is as sharp as it ever has been. I also feel the connection between my physical health and my spiritual health. I found that the more disciplined I am in my physical life, as far as eating properly, exercising, etc., the more disciplined I am in my spiritual life. I feel good, sleep better, don’t get heartburn, have less stress, and am just generally happier because of my practicing and living what Kyle taught me and is taught in his eBooks. Was it hard? Yes it was. Anything in life that is worth anything requires hard work and discipline to achieve it. And I believe that our physical health is worth any sacrifice that may be required. I found however, that once I got the ball rolling and momentum going, it because easier to make good choices and show discipline in what I ate. I also found out, and strongly believe, that you can find healthy options while still going out to eat if you really want to look for them. Was it worth it? Absolutely yes! I have more confidence in myself and my life as a result of simply eating better and learning a new way of looking at food and my health. It is a change in behavior, not a diet.
This is a life long change, not a short term way of thinking. And believe me, nothing tastes as good as being health feels. Listen to Kyle and take to heart what his eBooks say. If you give it a try, you will not regret it. Take control of your life and the decisions you make when it comes to food. Take one day at a time. I told myself that I can do anything for one day! Get up tomorrow and tell yourself your going to eat healthy today with no thought of tomorrow. Otherwise it can get overwhelming in your head. Then get up the next day and do the same thing again and pretty soon you will have gone a week, then two, then a month. I will forever be grateful for what Kyle taught me and my family. It put me on the path to a much healthier life and I will never look back nor go back to eating unhealthy. Your health and what you put in your mouth is in your control, and what Kyle is teaching will help you to finally take control and exercise some self discipline in regards to food and your overall diet. Thanks to Kyle for doing his research and being so passionate about being healthy. He is a great example to many!”
