Love the articles on trying to eat clean and healthy. It’s a struggle, but it’s definitely worth it. Gotta think about your health even at 17. Also, love playing ball. Not very good at it, but it’s all for the love of the game!

I read your Eat Right for Your Blood post and it’s interesting because I found out 2 years ago that I’m also alergic to rice (unfortunately it’s both brown and white for me). I also have an extremely rare and painful disease. It causes my fat to be twice as dense as a normal person (and unfortunately my body treats anything I eat as a normal body treats high fructose corn syrup; it goes straight to fat with no chance to burn it off first), so it’s extremely hard for me to lose weight. I have been focusing more on the 5 points you made on the blog post and I’ve actually lost a couple pounds! I had always been under the assumption that dairy was completely ok. I had already cut out most processed and sugary foods before, but cutting dairy seems to give me that extra value in my eating habits that allows me to lose some weight. Hopefully this will continue, so thank you!

That’s awesome! I’m glad those 5 points could help you out. I just have seen that when people cut out dairy and breads from their diet they start to lose weight. Let me know if you have any questions! Keep up the good work!!

Sweet shoes. Loving the blog. But I have a question. Really interested in bone broth, but do you just drink it straight up or do you do something with it first?

Thanks a lot man! I drink it straight up, but I add vegetables and seasoning to mine and then I just eat it like a soup. It’s unbelievable for you so however you have to make it to be able to enjoy it do that for sure! Let me know if you have any other question! Thanks for the comment

I loved the article about healthy snacks that also give you energy. My wife and I have a busy schedule with me being a high school basketball coach and us having 3 kids, so anything we can only that is quick but also healthy is a benefit to us. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much! It’s just always nice to know you have a snack with you that is healthy and that will bring you some good energy. That’s awesome you coach high school basketball. Where do you coach at?

Klein Oak high school in Houston. I’m the sophomore team head coach.

My wife and I are trying to get healthy again. We both played sports (basketball) in high school and have lost a step or two (I can’t dunk anymore, and my wife can’t get up and down as much as she’d like)

Will check your other posts for sure. Any advice?

That’s awesome man!! Since I don’t know what you and your wife eat in detail I would just suggest avoiding gluten and have only a little bit of dairy. Those cutting those 2 out of your diet and you’ll see a big difference .. And as always drink a lot of water !! If you have specific questions I would love to answer them ! Hit me back and I’ll answer any questions you have
