What I ate In San Antonio

To finish up our week-long road trip, we played our last game in San Antonio. As usual, I looked up a few spots in advanced and found some amazing, healthy, great tasting restaurants! San Antonio was great because I didn’t have to compromise and play the good, better, best game because they have a lot of healthy options all over the city!

Here are some of the places

The Good Kind

I got a pastured raised chicken soup with black rice, carrots, celery, and potatoes. It was a very healthy soup that was warm and tasty. And who am I kidding I ended up ordering two of them!

 

Next Place I went to was…

5 Points Local

This was a delicious restaurant that had fantastic breakfast! We went there around lunch time, but we still got breakfast food because breakfast food tastes the best! I ordered a sunrise bowl that had scrambled eggs, avocado, arugula, and black beans. I also ordered two eggs over medium with grass-fed bacon.

 

The last place is called…

Pharm Table

This place is a farm to table restaurant that had terrific local and natural food! It was top notch food health wise and great tasting. I got a bowl with grass-fed meatballs, sweet potatoes, eggs, avocados, beets, cauliflower, chickpeas, and a couple of other things I can’t remember. It was big time!
