I’ve said it before, but following Kyle’s nutritional advice has made a big difference on my health. This summer I hiked a total of 35 miles in the high Uinta mountains on a very steep trail during a week of camping. For a normal person that’d be a great accomplishment, but I have MS, started the hike a day after my interferon treatment, and did so in 90+ degree heat. This would have been impossible had I not been following his advice and example. Why?! The nutritional advice implemented helps reduce inflammation in the body, which seems to reduce demyelination. It also makes the body/nervous system less sensitive to outside triggers such as heat. I’ve even lost 35 lbs quite easily since being smarter with nutrition. I totally recommend following the blog and adopting the advice given for anybody trying to better their health.

That is incredible! Thank you so much for sharing that.. I truly believe that if we eat natural foods from God that we can have our bodies feel good and look good.. Food was meant to give us strength and power not disease and weakness! I don’t personally know you, but i’m proud of what you have done and you should be proud too! Keep up the good work and keep sharing about your successes so others can be inspired! If you have any questions about food or anything comment back and I would love to share some of knowledge and help you out! Thanks again for the comment!

I had a stroke on June 18, 2015. I watched the BYU Cougars, most of the teams. I am an alumnus
of BYU. I am almost healed, ahead of schedule. I know that I was healed by Christ. I am doing
better everyday. I love basketball, as I played a bit in high school. You have done a great job, Mr.
    Collinsworth!

    Good Wishes,
    Vivecia Barnett

I think one thing I do that’s different is a like to bike after games to flush everything out. Also drink tart cherry juice at nights and magnesium to help relax the body and reduce inflammation. Good for the joints as well!

Well, I was a high school basketball and tennis player. Since graduation, I’ve gained some weight and been eating a lot more fast food than I have in the past because of my work schedule and laziness. I think I was just used to being in a sport, so I could kind of get away with eating whatever I wanted. But now, I actually have to make a conscious effort to work out regularly (I’m mostly doing cardio rather than performance training) and I’m trying to cut out fatty foods, but I’m still trying to find my sweet spot, especially as far as nutrition goes.
