Who Do I Trust For My Health?

One of the hardest things to know when it comes to health is who to trust? There are so many different opinions floating out there on the internet and everyone usually has a motive for their opinion. When it comes to your health it’s important to know who is behind what’s being said. Let me give you an example.

In Google I typed in, Is coconut oil good for me?

I typed in this topic because this summer there was an article that came out saying coconut oil is bad for us and never has been good for us. Here is that Article

The article was written by USA Today and claimed that experts have discovered that coconut oil is bad for you and that soybean, corn, peanut, and canola oil should be used over coconut oil.

Based on my research I am well aware that soybean, corn, peanut, and canola oil are terrible for you and dangerous for your health. If you aren’t sure about either of these oils how can you tell who is right and who is wrong?

This article written about coconut oil being bad for you was sponsored by The Canola Council. They knew if they could spread the idea that coconut oil is bad for you and that canola oil was good for you it would increase their sales!
